Developed in the 1920’s by Joseph Pilates, this popular exercise system can improve your core body strength and mental wellbeing.
The classes can be adapted for students of all abilities. As well as physical exercises, special breathing techniques are an important element of the Pilates system
The only equipment that you’ll need to bring to the class is an exercise mat recommended for Yoga or Pilates.
Alix’s Yogalates Classes take place 5.30pm to 6.30pm every Tuesday evening in Swarland Village Hall.
