Adult Ballet Classes – Alison Allen

Adult Ballet Classes at Swarland Village Hall take place on Tuesday evenings from 7.00pm to 8.15pm.

Alison recently moved to Felton after running a Ballet School in London for 25 years!

Have you ever wanted to come back to Ballet having done it as a child or perhaps you want to try it for the first time?

Now is your chance! Classes are based around fun and enjoyment and set in a non-threatening environment. We have a laugh reminding ourselves of our twinkle toes and fairy arms!

Ballet is a whole-body workout – you will be surprised how many muscles you’ll be using – and your brain too!
